Psychological Services

I have 35+ years of experience working with clients of all ages and enjoy working with a variety of clients.   I have less availability to work with children than in the past, as I do not think telehealth is suitable for most children.

My approach is based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) integrated with knowledge of child development and person centered therapy. I encourage clients to set goals to work on in between sessions, but do not routinely assign homework.
