Psychological Services

TELEHEALTH:  Please confirm your insurance  coverage and copayments for telehealth now that the public health emergency has expired.  Clients must be  within the geographical boundaries of Oregon at the time of  telehealth appointments.  I use HIPAA compliant Zoom Professional Communications for telehealth appointments.

My goal is to have open communication about all aspects of treatment. I strive to be as clear as possible about fees and insurance payments, and I do my own billing and scheduling.  

I have 35+ years of experience working with clients of all ages.  I specialize in women and teen issues, but enjoy working with a variety of clients.

My approach is based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) integrated with knowledge of child development and person centered therapy. I encourage clients to set goals to work on in between sessions, but do not routinely assign homework.
